Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of marketing experience within the AEC industry or a professional services environment.
• Experience supporting proposals, qualifications, presentations, and marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience working with technical staff, project managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, DAM platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and Adobe InDesign.
• Experience maintaining CRM data, marketing databases, and content libraries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality pursuit support and proposal execution.
• Develop working knowledge of assigned studios, services, clients, and industry trends.
• Support implementation of studio marketing plans and annual initiatives.
• Assist with conferences, sponsorships, awards, visibility efforts, photography coordination, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Monitor market activity and share insights with marketing and studio leadership.
• Build productive working relationships with technical staff and project teams.
• Maintain marketing systems, content, and client information.
• Update CRM records and marketing databases.
