Job summary

LHB is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team in Minneapolis or Duluth. You will help shape how the firm connects marketing, business development, and client growth, partnering with studio leads, technical staff, and project teams to support pursuits and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of marketing experience in the AEC or professional services sector.
• Experience supporting proposals, qualifications, presentations, and marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with technical professionals, project managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, DAM platforms, MS Office applications, and Adobe InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare proposals, qualifications, interview materials, and related pursuit deliverables.
• Support pursuit kickoff meetings, schedules, and proposal development activities.
• Coordinate content collection, resume updates, project descriptions, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct project, client, and competitor research to support pursuit efforts.
• Assist with interview preparation and presentation development.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, compliance, and brand standards.
