HDR is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support proposal development, client relationship management, and marketing campaigns. You’ll help monitor industry activity and maintain data across business development systems, contributing to HDR’s brand and growth initiatives.

You will work within HDR’s Marketing and Admin function, collaborating across teams to craft persuasive materials, coordinate events, and publish engaging content that elevates HDR’s thought leadership and market

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
• Demonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversight

Aufgaben

• Support pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal and interview materials.
• Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status.
• Help file proposal and presentation material upon submittal.
• Support management of client relationship management and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboards.
• Maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems.
• Coordinate large, internal meetings (in-person or virtual)
