Job summary

Lavallee Brensinger Architects is seeking a proactive Marketing & BD Coordinator to identify opportunities, build relationships, and support growth. You will work with leadership to develop BD plans, conduct market research, and coordinate outreach, sponsorships, and proposals.

You will maintain CRM data, coordinate events, and collaborate with marketing on campaigns, while learning the firm’s markets and project experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in BD/Marketing or related role.
• Familiarity with architecture/AE/C markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and identify target clients and opportunities.
• Develop BD plans with Studio Leaders and track actions.
• Build professional networks through industry associations and events.
• Support new market development and partnerships in geographic areas.
• Maintain CRM records, track interactions, and prepare progress reports.
• Research and coordinate conferences, sponsorships, and networking events.
• Assist pursuit teams with proposals and qualification packages.
• Collaborate with marketing on collateral and campaigns.
• Support client feedback efforts and improve research processes.
