Mead & Hunt is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator for our Food & Beverage group. Based in our Minnesota offices among others, you will steer proposals, campaigns, and content creation across the practice to support growth.

You’ll collaborate with multiple business units to align marketing plans with strategic goals and ensure high-quality materials. The role requires strong writing, editing, and organizational skills, plus experience translating technical content for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related discipline plus at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree in marketing or related field plus at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• If no degree, at least 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategy and provide guidance on quality control on marketing materials.
• Lead the proposal development process, including go/no-go and kickoff meetings.
• Strategize with business units to meet plan goals and support marketing program management.
• Lead interview preparation and develop marketing content library.
• Create cohesive theme for tradeshow presence and pre/post-conference campaigns.
• Develop and manage annual marketing plan schedule and budget.
• Coordinate business development needs and provide marketing materials and data reports.
• Review processes for improvement and handle other assigned tasks.
