Mead & Hunt is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead marketing efforts for the Food & Beverage group across multiple offices, including Middleton, WI; Fenton, MO; West Allis, WI; Bloomington, MN; and Denver, CO.

The role emphasizes strategy, proposal development, and content creation, with responsibilities spanning campaigns, tradeshow themes, and annual planning. Strong editing, communication, and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in architectural/engineering or technical services is preferred.
• Strong strategic planning and market research experience.
• Ability to translate technical language into clear, compelling content.
• High-quality copy editing and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategy and provide guidance on quality control of marketing materials.
• Lead the proposal development process, including go/no-go decisions, kickoff meetings, content creation, design input, and archiving.
• Strategize with business units to meet marketing and business plan goals, manage tasks, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead interview preparation process.
• Develop and manage marketing materials library including presentations, project descriptions, resumes, thought leadership content, and cut sheets.
• Create cohesive themes for all tradeshows within the identified business unit.
• Develop and implement pre- and post-conference campaigns.
• Develop and manage annual marketing plan schedule and budget for the unit.
• Coordinate business development needs and provide marketing materials, research, strategy/themes, and data/reports.
• Review processes and procedures for improvement.
• Other tasks as assigned.
