Mead & Hunt, Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Food & Beverage group, supporting multiple office locations.

The role focuses on leading proposal development, content creation, and strategic marketing activities across varied markets. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in marketing for technical services, strong writing/editing, and the ability to translate technical language into compelling client stories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications or related discipline plus at least 4 years of relevant experience
• Associate degree in marketing or related field plus at least 6 years of relevant experience
• If no degree, at least 8 years of relevant experience

Responsabilités

• Oversee strategy and guidance on quality control of marketing materials.
• Lead proposal development process including go/no-go, kickoff meetings, content creation and design.
• Coordinate with business units to meet marketing and annual plan goals, tasks, schedules and budget.
• Lead interview preparation process.
• Develop and manage marketing materials/library including presentations, resumes and thought leadership content.
• Create cohesive theme for all tradeshows within the unit.
• Develop and implement pre- and post-conference campaigns.
• Manage annual marketing plan schedule and budget for the unit.
• Coordinate BD needs with marketing materials, research, strategy/themes and data/reports.
• Review processes and procedures for improvement.
• Other tasks as assigned.
