• Able to perform QA reviews, identify deficiencies, and drive remediation with root-cause analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment to support Client Operational Services.
• Support monitoring and testing of controls by evaluating data and identifying improvements.
• Implement optimized controls and QA practices to support business continuity.
• Conduct and coordinate quality inspection reviews to improve performance and control effectiveness.
• Perform QA activities including controls execution, case management, and reporting results.
• Identify areas for testing automation and coaching opportunities to enhance QA program success.
• Support regulatory exams, audits, and governance dashboards.
