Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree
• 7 years relevant experience
• 7 years of Audit/Risk and Controls experience is preferred
• Subject matter expertise within the banking industry
• Highly organized, with demonstrated ability to develop, analyze, improve and apply complex policies, processes and procedures
• Solid understanding of Regulatory environment and its role in the banking industry
• Effective negotiation and influencing skills
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• Works independently as an individual contributor to provide end-to-end support for remediation
• Works with all lines of defense on remediation efforts

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end remediation lifecycle and provide support through audit validation.
• Engage with stakeholders to provide ongoing support and receive feedback on R&C coordinator efforts to identify opportunities to enhance the program.
• Lead governance meetings and related deliverables/outcomes related to remediation and risk controls.
• Collaborate with multiple teams across the enterprise to implement controls and remediation actions.
