Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a Marketing & Client Development Senior Specialist – Digital Experience, Email to join our Marketing & Client Development team. This role leads end-to-end email campaigns, builds automation workflows, performs segmentation, and coordinates offshore resources.

You’ll ensure QA, compliance, and analytics drive proactive growth across practice areas. The position requires 4+ years of marketing or business development experience, strong HTML/CSS email skills, and a data-driven

Qualifications

• 4+ years directly applicable experience in marketing or business development
• Proficiency in CRM, ESPs, MAPs, and orchestration technologies
• Hands-on audience, journey, and email creation, testing and optimization (HTML/CSS, segmentation, automation)
• Working knowledge of email QA, deliverability, and compliance best practices
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with autonomy and ownership

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Campaign Execution: build and deploy email campaigns with templates and testing
• Automation Workflow Construction: create nurture sequences and trigger-based workflows in MAP
• Segmentation & List Management: advanced database segmentation and list cleanup
• Offshore Coordination: coordinate offshore execution resources and review work
• QA & Compliance Oversight: ensure mobile optimization and privacy compliance
• A/B Testing Implementation: set up tests for subject lines, send times, and creative assets
• Performance Reporting: synthesize metrics into actionable reports
• Dynamic Content Management: implement dynamic content blocks for personalized experiences
• Troubleshooting & Support: monitor system health and resolve delivery issues
• Asset & Library Maintenance: manage digital assets and templates
