Cooley LLP is seeking a Marketing & Client Development Senior Specialist – Digital Experience, Email, to join our Marketing and Client Development team in Los Angeles. The role focuses on end-to-end email campaign execution, dynamic content, testing, and performance reporting to optimize client journeys.

The position requires 4+ years in marketing or business development, with strong skills in MAPs, ESPs, CRM, and HTML/CSS.

Qualifications

• 4+ years directly applicable experience in marketing or business development, preferably with strategy/growth focus.
• Proficiency in CRM, ESPs, MAPs, and orchestration technologies.
• Hands-on audience, journey and email creation, testing and optimization (HTML/CSS, segmentation logic, automation).

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day build and deployment of email campaigns, including template selection and testing.
• Build and maintain automated nurture sequences and trigger-based workflows within MAP.
• Perform advanced segmentation and list cleanup to ensure targeted communications.
