Cooley LLP is seeking a Senior Manager of Campaigns and Digital to lead the Campaigns and Digital Team within Marketing & Client Development. The role focuses on building scalable, data-backed frameworks that enable proactive strategy and measurable market performance across high-end events and digital channels.

You will oversee technology, governance, workflow design, and training initiatives while guiding cross-functional projects and ensuring compliance with firm policies and privacy

Qualifications

• 7+ years applicable experience in marketing or business development, with management experience
• Experience with marketing and client development planning and operations
• Hands-on experience with project management technologies (e.g., Workfront)

Responsibilities

• MarTech Administration and Utilization: track, monitor, and audit the firm’s marketing and sales tech stack
• Planning Intake & Governance: manage tech/ops framework for marketing requests
• Workflow Design & Process Improvement: implement standardized workflows to speed time-to-market
• Training & Skills Enablement: develop ongoing curriculum for M&CD team
• Cross-Functional Liaison: coordinate between M&CD, Finance, HR, Communications, Innovation, IT
• Change Management Execution: deploy new tools and structures
• Compliance & Risk Monitoring: ensure adherence to policies and data privacy
• People Leader: supervise and develop direct reports and manage staffing
