Responsibilities include end-to-end campaign execution, automation, list management, offshore coordination, QA/compliance, A/B testing, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of marketing or business development experience, preferably in strategy, transformation, or growth.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, ESPs, MAPs and orchestration tech.
• Hands-on email creation including HTML/CSS and testing.
• Strong analytical and independent working capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end email campaign execution and template selection.
• Build automated nurture sequences and trigger-based workflows.
• Perform advanced segmentation and list cleanup for targeted communications.
• Coordinate offshore resources and manage production queue.
• Ensure mobile optimization and GDPR/CCPA compliance.
• Set up A/B tests and provide data-driven optimization insights.
• Generate performance reports for stakeholders.
• Manage dynamic content blocks for personalized experiences.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and maintain asset library.
