Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing or business development with leadership experience
• Experience in strategy, transformation, or growth functions
• Familiarity with event management systems and video conferencing technologies

Responsibilities

• Architect virtual channel strategy and operational framework for digital events
• Oversee virtual event technologies, vendor relationships, and roadmaps
• Lead onshore/offshore teams to coordinate high-volume virtual events and content libraries
• Ensure production value and quality standards for broadcast delivery and speaker prep
• Map integrated client journeys connecting pre/post events to demand generation and nurture flows
• Drive engagement analytics to provide actionable insights for leadership and practices
