Qualifications

• 5+ years in roles related to project and initiative delivery.
• Translate the intended customer & associate experience into technical requirements for real-time offer display.
• Manage strict execution timelines & SLAs for implement plans, test script preparation, test data requests, etc.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of tactical plans to achieve goals through advanced coding and/or metadata management, providing support and technical leadership for platforms and operations.
• Design, development, execution and continuous improvement of operational and strategic initiatives to drive cross-channel client and prospect eligibility, targeting, and platform enablement.
• Interact with senior leaders, provide support and technical expertise for supported platforms.
• Manage campaigns across Offers Management/Insight Engine channels and subchannels in Online Banking, Mobile Erica, Financial and Contact Centers.
