Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering projects and initiatives.
• Develop plans for targeted customer offers via Insight Engine.
• Translate customer/associate experience into real-time offer requirements.
• Maintain tight SLAs and test data processes for campaigns.
• Perform UAT and Production Certification; monitor production.
• Collaborate with tech, lines of business, and marketing teams on channel/product expansion.
• Knowledge of OM/IE, real-time rules, file functionality, front-end/back-end capabilities.
• Cross-team communication and influence.
• Willingness to learn new UIs.
