Job summary

PrestigePEO is seeking a Senior Marketing Automation and Content Specialist to own its email marketing and automation programs. You will work in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce CRM to build nurture programs and lead management processes that engage brokers, clients, and prospects.

The ideal candidate combines platform expertise with strong writing skills to craft broker newsletters and client updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience building and managing marketing automation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Experience with other platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact) does not substitute for Account Engagement requirement.
• Strong writing ability for broker newsletters and client updates; experience with B2B marketing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, build, and execute email marketing and automation programs in Account Engagement, including Engagement Studio and dynamic lists.
• Design and optimize lead nurturing and onboarding programs for brokers, clients, and prospects.
• Develop responsive email templates, landing pages, forms, and personalize content to improve engagement.
• Define lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and lead assignment rules with Sales to ensure clean handoffs.
• Maintain data quality and compliance in Account Engagement and Salesforce, including CAN-SPAM and privacy laws.
• Manage connectors and campaign structures between Account Engagement and Salesforce; ensure accurate CRM reflections of activity.
• Create and maintain an email marketing calendar aligned with broader marketing strategies.
• Provide Salesforce administration support and develop reports/dashboards for leadership.
