Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing automation and email marketing.
• 3+ years hands-on Pardot administration.
• Experience with Cvent event management and integration.
• Certified Pardot/Salesforce preferred; Cvent certification a plus.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Executive-level reporting and presentation skills.
• Proficient in HTML/CSS, deliverability, and AB testing.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Automation Strategy — Own the strategy, roadmap, and governance for Pardot-based lead lifecycle, nurture, and email execution.
• Email Program Ownership — Plan, build, and optimize newsletters, product announcements, nurture tracks, and transactional sends.
• Cvent & Events Integration — Oversee event registration workflows and data flows between events and marketing automation.
• Data & Systems Integration — Ensure clean handoffs between Pardot, Cvent, Salesforce CRM, and CDP/analytics stack.
• Segmentation & Personalization — Build segmentation logic and personalization rules for multiple audiences.
• Compliance & Governance — Ensure CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR compliance; maintain audit-ready docs.
• Measurement & Reporting — Define funnel and revenue-influence metrics; present to EVP/C-suite.
• Vendor & Agency Management — Manage vendors for Salesforce/Pardot, Cvent; evaluate upgrades.
• Team Leadership & Enablement — Create templates, playbooks; mentor automation coordinators.
