Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Marketing Automation professional to oversee the automation system, architect lead scoring and nurturing programs, and guide email marketing across the organization. You will collaborate with corporate marketing, Salesforce COE, and sales to ensure data integrity and a seamless buyer journey from lead to client.

The role requires a strong background in Marketo or similar tools, and experience with Salesforce.com and CRM data management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree - Required.
5 years of experience in marketing data analysis with Marketo or other marketing automation tools.
3 years of experience in Salesforce.com.
3 years of data management in CRM or marketing automation platforms.
Marketo Certified Expert - Preferred.

Responsibilities

Administers the marketing automation system including program design and data hygiene.
Collaborates with marketing, sales, and operations to align buyer journey and data from lead to client.
Sets cadence for communications and ensures appropriate contact based on frequency and messaging.
Develops self-audit programs and process improvements.
Provides guidance on email marketing best practices and technical specifications.
Maintains data hygiene standards for import/export and adjustments.
Delivers training and documentation for marketing automation specialists.
Maintains annual roadmap for marketing automation platform aligned with goals.
