Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to lead the architecture and governance of our marketing automation framework. You will work closely with corporate marketing, Salesforce COE, and sales operations to design programs, nurture leads, and ensure data integrity from lead to client.

You will serve as the strategic administrator of the marketing automation system, with responsibilities spanning program design, data hygiene, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5 years of experience in marketing data analysis, including Marketo or other marketing automation tools.
• 3 years of Salesforce.com experience.
• 3 years of data management in CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Marketo Certified Expert - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers the marketing automation system including strategic program design and data integrity.
• Partners with marketing and sales to map the buyer's journey and data availability.
• Coordinates communications pacing across business units for frequency and messaging.
• Creates self-auditing programs and processes with periodic improvements.
• Serves as email marketing expert across divisions on best practices and compliance.
• Sets data hygiene standards for importing, exporting, updating and cleansing data.
• Provides documentation and training for marketing automation specialists.
• Maintains annual roadmap for marketing automation platform aligned with goals.
