Paychex is seeking a Marketing Automation leader in Naperville to govern the marketing automation platform, drive data integrity, and align with corporate marketing and sales. You will optimize lead scoring, nurturing, and email programs, serving as the strategic administrator to support cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5 years of marketing data analysis experience with marketing automation tools.
3 years of Salesforce.com experience.
3 years of data management in CRM or marketing automation platforms.
Marketo Certified Expert preferred.

Responsibilities

Administers the marketing automation system design and data hygiene.
Partner with marketing and sales to map the buyer's journey and data flow.
Coordinate communications pacing, messaging, and customer experience.
Create self-auditing programs and process improvements.
Serve as email marketing expert across divisions on best practices and compliance.
Set data hygiene standards for import/export and cleansing.
Provide training and maintain roadmaps for the marketing automation platform.
