Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• Proficient in SQL with daily data analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and dashboards.
• Leadership and stakeholder management in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 2-3 person marketing team.
• Set priorities and OKRs aligned to partnership goals.
• Drive P&L ownership and marketing ROI targets.
• Guide channel strategies and ensure execution excellence.
• Oversee analytics roadmap and executive-ready reporting.
• Present quarterly business reviews to Agoda leadership.
