Agoda is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager to lead the marketing function for a major partnership, owning the P&L, leading a small team, and driving partnership strategy and growth.

This role sits at the intersection of strategic thinking and operational excellence, requiring cross-functional collaboration with partner teams and Agoda's commercial and product squads to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• 5+ years people management experience or demonstrated team leadership.
• Complex stakeholder management including partner relationships at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy and P&L for the partnership.
• Own the full marketing P&L for the partnership and guide channel strategies.
• Set team priorities and OKRs aligned to partnership goals.
• Conduct performance reviews and career development conversations.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and accountability.
• Guide team on channel strategies and ensure execution excellence.
• Design an experimentation roadmap and measure ROI.
• Monitor channel health and drill into anomalies or opportunities.
• Oversee dashboard/reporting development and team analytics capability.
• Develop annual marketing roadmap and quarterly plans aligned to goals.
• Present quarterly business reviews to Agoda leadership (Director/VP level).
• Own the annual planning process and budget allocation across channels.
• Partner with Agoda's commercial and product teams on optimization.
