Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• Experience owning P&L and driving business impact.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and decision making.
• Experience with experimentation design and statistical thinking.
• Leadership and people management experience (2–3 reports).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 2–3 person marketing team.
• Set team priorities, OKRs, and development plans.
• Own the full marketing P&L for the partnership.
• Define analytics roadmap and measurement framework.
• Guide channel strategies and ensure execution excellence.
• Present quarterly business reviews to Agoda leadership.
