Qualifications

• SQL proficiency for data analysis and complex joins.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with experimentation design and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2-3 marketing specialists and develop OKRs.
• Own the full marketing P&L for the partnership and guide channel strategies.
• Set team priorities, conduct performance reviews, and drive accountability.
