Job summary

Optro, a fast-growing GRC platform provider, seeks a Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics to own measurement for campaigns, channels, and pipeline forecasting. You will partner with marketing and cross functional teams to shape investment in growth while supporting executives with actionable insights.

Based in Canada and remote, you will lead analytics ownership of the marketing stack, mentor analysts, and help set data-driven strategies across demand gen, events, and revenue operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing analytics or related field; B2B SaaS preferred.
• Strong SQL skills: pull, join, validate data independently.
• Proven ownership of B2B funnel and attribution models.
• Experience applying ML/AI to business problems, with POV.
• Exposure to ABM platforms or media-mix modeling at scale.
• Fluency with Salesforce, marketing automation, and BI tools.
• Strong executive communication; able to present concise recommendations.
• Partnership mindset across marketing ops, demand gen, sales ops, finance.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing performance measurement end to end.
• Build and improve attribution and funnel models.
• Apply ML/LLM-based approaches to scoring and forecasting.
• Create AI-assisted insight generation for leaders.
• Pilot and scale AI in marketing tools with build vs buy.
• Set standards for responsible AI in marketing analytics.
• Partner with Demand Gen and Events to forecast pipeline.
• Design dashboards and self-serve reporting.
• Own marketing data stack—Salesforce, MA, data warehouse.
• Deliver executive readouts for QBRs and budgets.
• Mentor others; raise analytical bar with documentation.
