Job summary

3E is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to transform how our Marketing organization measures performance and turns insights into action. You’ll own recurring measurement across channels, pipeline, marketing spend, attribution, KPIs, and targets, moving the team beyond monitoring what happened to explaining why it happened and what to do next.

This role combines deep marketing analytics with hands-on AI-building experience, including building AI-driven reporting solutions and maintaining

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B marketing analytics, revenue analytics, or marketing ops.
• At least 1 year building AI applications or automations connected to data/operating systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with multi-channel reporting, campaign measurement, and attribution.
• Knowledge of multiple attribution models and when to apply them.
• Familiarity with Salesforce reporting structures and data quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Marketing’s reporting ecosystem and KPI reporting.
• Investigate performance drivers, identify trends, and recommend actions.
• Build executive-ready reporting and performance readouts.
• Connect marketing investment to pipeline and customer acquisition outcomes.
• Develop reporting across paid media, digital, web, email, events, ABM, lifecycle.
