Job summary

OnePay seeks a senior leader to own full-funnel marketing analytics, from paid media to lifecycle journeys, collaborating with Analytics/ML, Growth and Product Marketing. You will build and lead a small AI-augmented analytics team, automate reporting, and drive high-value experimentation.

The role includes evolving MMM/MMT frameworks with ML, managing data/martech vendors, and advancing measurement across channels. Remote-friendly across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field.
• 10+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or performance marketing.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience.
• Attribution modeling and marketing measurement (incrementality, MMM, or multi-touch attribution).
• Strong SQL; experience with large datasets and modern data warehouses.
• Track record improving CAC, LTV, and channel efficiency.
• Paid media analytics across multiple channels (SEM, Paid Social, Affiliates, App).
• Experiment design and interpretation (A/B testing).
• Cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel marketing analytics from paid media through lifecycle journeys partnering with Analytics/ML, Growth and Product Marketing.
• Lead and scale a small, AI-augmented analytics team using AI tools to automate reporting and accelerate analysis.
• Run our marketing test-and-learn agenda translating results into insights and recommendations.
• Partner with ML team to evolve MMM and incrementality frameworks to measure performance and brand impact.
• Manage data/martech vendor relationships and evaluate new tools and data sources.
