Optro, a leader in AI-powered GRC, is seeking a Senior Sales & Analytics Manager to lead go-to-market planning and performance measurement. You’ll own ARR targets, pipeline generation, quotas, headcount models, and the dashboards that align leadership.

You’ll partner with GTM and Finance, translate complex data into actionable recommendations, and mentor analysts. This senior IC role works with executives to shape commercial strategy and scale reporting through automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM analytics or sales ops for enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Deep understanding of GTM motions, sales planning (territories, quota setting), and forecasting.
• Hands-on SQL — you can pull, join, and validate data independently.
• Experience with BI tools and a modern stack (Salesforce, Gong, Clari, etc.).
• Strong executive communication: turn complex data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own annual ARR and pipeline targets, translating growth goals into structured assumptions.
• Own sales quota setting, headcount and capacity models, and rep productivity analysis.
• Support territory design so coverage matches growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports across teams.
• Use AI to build scalable GTM tools and efficiencies.
