Ace Hardware is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to deliver analytical support and strategic insights for Consumer Marketing and Ace Rewards. You will work with internal partners to leverage data, turning insights into actionable initiatives that drive traffic and profitable sales across our retailers.

You will synthesize data, present insights clearly, and help shape marketing campaigns with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years Marketing / Business Analytics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics / Data Science, Math/Stats; MBA/MS a plus.
• Analytical, quantitative and critical thinking; SQL, Alteryx and Databricks experience a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM technologies, consumer segmentation/targeting; Excel / PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support and strategic recommendations for marketing campaigns, brand initiatives and promotions.
• Develop test design and measurement plans for growth strategies across channels and verticals.
• Create reports and dashboards; automate repeated requests and educate retailers on key drivers.
• Proficient understanding of data structures, mining and querying tools; ensure accuracy of results.
