Qualifications

• 5-7 years of marketing analytics experience.
• Bachelor's in marketing analytics, data science, math or stats; MBA/MS a plus.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and critical thinking; SQL/Alteryx/Databricks a plus.
• Understanding of key financial/retail metrics and performance indicators.
• Experience with transactional data, CRM systems and customer segmentation.
• Ability to collaborate and lead partner relationships.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI/reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support and strategic recommendations for marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Partner with Marketing to understand category performance and market growth impact.
• Leverage Ace Rewards data to generate customer insights and testing plans.
• Develop reports, dashboards and automation to streamline recurring requests.
