Job summary

Ace Hardware Corporation seeks an Associate Operations Marketing Manager to lead internal communications and training for the Ace Rewards program. You will own the communication strategy for incentives and coordinate materials across channels, retailers, and field teams.

You will also manage CRM initiatives to boost retention, develop SOPs and training content, and partner on integrated marketing strategies for key benefits and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing with program execution and promotions responsibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; experienced in trainings and stakeholder forums.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
