Job summary

Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to support Consumer Marketing and Ace Rewards with data-driven insights. You will collaborate with internal partners to analyze campaigns, brand performance, and customer behavior, turning data into actionable strategies to drive traffic and sales for Ace retailers.

The role emphasizes building dashboards, forecasting impact, and presenting insights clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years Marketing / Business Analytics Experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics / Data Science, Math/Stats; MBA/MS a plus.
• Analytical, quantitative and critical thinking expertise; SQL, Alteryx and Databricks experience a plus.
• Fundamental understanding of key financial / retail metrics.
• Familiarity with insights and analytic tools and techniques, including transactional detail-level data and consumer segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive Marketing Strategy and Execution: provide analytical support and strategic recommendations for campaigns, brand initiatives, and promotions.
• Develop test designs and measurement plans for growth strategies across channels and verticals.
• Create reports, dashboards and automate recurring requests; educate retailers on key drivers of Ace Rewards success.
• Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and improve data accuracy; monitor results.
