Job summary

Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to provide analytical support and strategic insights for Consumer Marketing and Ace Rewards. You will work cross-functionally to leverage data, develop insights, and turn them into actionable marketing initiatives aimed at driving traffic and profitable sales for Ace retailers.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years Marketing / Business Analytics Experience
• Analytical, quantitative and critical thinking expertise
• Familiarity with insights and analytic tools and techniques, including transactional detail-level data, CRM technologies and consumer segmentation/targeting
• Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with data mining and query tools, BI reporting tools or CRM tools

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support and strategic recommendations for marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, focus categories and promotions.
• Leverage Ace Rewards data to understand customer purchase behavior and inform marketing, merchandising and store operations.
• Develop test designs and measurement plans for growth strategies across channels and verticals.
• Create and interpret forecasts and metrics; report results and suggest action.
• Identify opportunities for automation and develop time-saving reports and dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
