Ace Hardware Corporation in Michigan is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst who will deliver analytical support and strategic insights across Consumer Marketing and Ace Rewards. You will synthesize data, tell the insights story and drive fact-based decisions to grow traffic and profitable sales for Ace retailers.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze category and brand performance, develop tests, dashboards and automation, and present recommendations that shape marketing

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Marketing / Business Analytics experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing analytics / data science or math/statistics; MBA/MS is a plus
• Strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills; SQL, Alteryx and Databricks are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support and strategic recommendations for marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Partner with Marketing to understand category/brand performance and growth impact
• Leverage Ace Rewards data to derive customer insights and design tests and measurement plans
• Develop forecasts, metrics and reports; present insights to influence decisions
• Create automated reports and dashboards to improve retailer engagement and outcomes
