High school diploma or GED or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a diploma/GED.
Plans, coordinates, organizes, and manages projects related to hospital-wide planning and development activities.
Develops and maintains relationships with departmental and unit managers and leadership in regards to planning and strategic direction.
Conducts research and develops related business objectives. Provides data for use in market analysis and planning. Develops expressions of findings related to research.
Works with leadership and departments to design databases and reports for decision support.
Performs competitive intelligence gathering, analysis and provides responsive reporting..
