Qualifications

  • Provides consultation, interpretation and analysis of data related to business development, service-line planning, public relations, marketing, program proposals and other initiatives as directed.

  • Assumes responsibility for information management systems utilized in planning and strategic development activities.

  • Is responsible for monitoring, understanding and communication in relationship to external environmental trends that may impact the organization.

  • Responsible for hospital-wide planning and strategic development related activities.


The ideal candidate


  • Is highly analytical and curious, with a passion for uncovering the “why” behind the data

  • Has experience connecting and analyzing multiple internal and external data sources

  • Has strong data cleaning, manipulation, validation, and quality assessment skills

  • Has intermediate proficiency in SQL and statistical analysis

  • Has experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations

  • Is proficient with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar platforms

  • Understands marketing analytics, campaign performance, ROI, attribution, and channel effectiveness

  • Can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations

  • Has strong communication and presentation skills, particularly with non-technical stakeholders

  • Is self-directed and proactive, with the ability to independently research, learn, solve problems, and connect insights to broader business and marketing objectives.
