Job summary

BIP US is seeking a Senior Market Risk Production Manager to lead the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of a critical global Market Risk technology platform. You will serve as the primary interface between Market Risk business users and Technology, ensuring platform availability, scalability, and responsiveness across APAC, EMEA, and North America.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology experience, preferably in Financial Services.
• Experience supporting risk-management technology platforms.
• Proven ability to lead complex production incidents and coordinate resolution across multiple teams.
• Strong communication with senior business stakeholders and technology leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day stability, reliability, and performance of a global Market Risk platform.
• Lead production support activities across globally distributed teams.
• Act as a senior escalation point for high-priority production incidents and service disruptions.
• Drive incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, remediation, and follow-up actions.
• Balance immediate production priorities with longer-term platform-stability initiatives.
• Collaborate with risk managers, pricing teams, and technology stakeholders to translate needs into improvements.
• Guide engineering through complex production investigations and solution design.
• Align tactical fixes with longer-term architectural objectives.
