Qualifications

10+ years of production support experience in financial services with leadership across multi-region teams.
Hands-on expertise with Market Risk platforms (VaR, FRTB, stress testing, P&L) at scale.
Proficient in Python for reading, debugging, and extending tooling.
Working knowledge of enterprise schedulers (Tidal, Airflow) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
Experience supporting data pipelines on SSIS and Databricks during migration.

Responsibilities

Drive stability and incident command for EOD batch processes and intraday operations.
Manage infrastructure and cloud resources for capacity, patching, and secure access.
Maintain hygiene of infrastructure and applications, backlog reduction, operational discipline.
Lead L2/L3 support across regions and coordinate with engineering teams.
Oversee deployment, change management, audits, and service communications to meet regulatory requirements.
Champion observability as a product with clear SLOs and signals.
Define boundaries between development and support; resolve recurring issues permanently.
