Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the regional support team and drive outstanding sales performance. You will ensure Field Sales Specialists are developed into an excellent core element serving both external and internal customers.

Travel up to 50% is expected while building relationships, coaching, and coordinating with other MT divisions to maximize regional opportunities. This is a role at a global leader in precision instruments with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four year college or equivalent experience required.
• 5 to 10 years relevant sales experience.
• Travel requirements up to 50% and ability to travel by air as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve region targets for sales, margin and KPIs.
• Lead direct reports with a leadership style that enables success.
• Monitor and develop regional sales strategies, budgets, quotas and objectives.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge for all team products.
• Promote lead generation across MT product lines.
• Liaise with other business areas to leverage regional opportunities.
