Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO Lab seeks a Market & Product Management Leader to helm a team of Market and Product Managers driving profitable growth across the Lab portfolio. You will lead market strategy, portfolio decisions, and cross-functional execution with Sales, SBU, HUB, Supply Chain and Service teams.

You will oversee forecasting, pricing, launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio alignment with regional partners to ensure priority execution and strong business performance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead market/product teams and drive strategic initiatives.
• Experience developing demand forecasts based on market trends and sales signals.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, SBU, HUB, Supply Chain and Services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market and product strategies to drive sales, market share and profitability.
• Identify customer needs, market trends, competitive threats, and new business opportunities.
• Lead portfolio positioning, pricing, product launches, lifecycle management, and phaseout activities.
• Use market intelligence to prioritize industries, applications, customer segments and channels.
• Collaborate with regional partners to represent North American requirements and influence roadmaps and commercialization plans.
• Partner with Sales and SBU to forecast demand and coordinate inventory and promotions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate priorities, risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Market and Product Managers.
