Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a senior commercial banker to lead market performance and client relationships in the Greensboro area. You will drive loan growth, deposits, and fee-based revenue while ensuring risk controls and portfolio quality.

You will coordinate with IRM partners and bank functions to deliver integrated solutions and a superior client experience, guiding teams and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Ten years of banking experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; must speak fluent English.
• Strong understanding of commercial credit including underwriting, loan structuring, pricing to effectively advocate for clients.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and to handle multiple priorities under time constraints.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a focused marketing plan, growing new relationships, and expanding existing client relationships.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience in all interactions with clients, prospects, and centers of influence.
• Develop new business client relationships and improve market share of business loans and non-credit services.
• Assume responsibility for profitability, quality, liquidity, and growth of the assigned commercial loan portfolios.
• Coordinate and lead the community advisory board and related activities.
