Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Market Development Executive in Illinois or Central Region to drive growth across cloud, data, AI, and cybersecurity services.

You will identify opportunities within ~20 large enterprise clients, manage the sales cycle from contact to close, and leverage Insight’s services to deliver end-to-end solutions. The role emphasizes hunting and farming, cross-functional collaboration, and building trust with Microsoft and other partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of current end-to-end solution sales experience.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud sales ecosystem (Azure, M365, Co-Pilot, Application Modernization, UI/UX).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent business/IT background.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities within existing client base.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through negotiation to final close.
• Build and nurture relationships with executive-level decision-makers.
