Guidehouse is seeking a senior Associate Director to lead pricing and market access strategies for pharmaceutical clients in the U.S. The role involves managing projects, developing client deliverables, and coordinating teams across disciplines.

You will build financial models, conduct health economic analyses, engage executive audiences, and mentor junior staff. 6+ years in consulting or biotech with pricing and reimbursement experience preferred. Located near Guidehouse offices is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; major in science, biomedical engineering, business, or healthcare policy preferred.
• 6+ years in market access, reimbursement, pricing, health economics, forecasting, or pipeline strategy.
• 3+ years in client management and content delivery roles.
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and review of deliverables to frame strategic issues.
• Facilitate client presentations and manage relationships.
• Support business development and project sales cycles.
• Manage staff and budgets, timelines, and staffing.
• Build market access strategies for technologies across product lifecycle.
• Lead primary interviews with payers and KOLs.
