Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or healthcare policy preferred.
• Experience in market access, reimbursement, pricing, health economics, forecasting, or pipeline strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to executive-level audiences.
• Experience managing direct reports and teams of consultants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and review project deliverables to ensure strategic framing and client standards.
• Facilitate client presentations and manage client relationships.
• Support business development and project sales cycles.
• Manage and develop staff, including performance management of direct reports.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and staffing.
• Create market access and pricing strategies for technologies across product development cycles.
