As a Managing Consultant, you will lead project teams, shape proposals, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff, with up to 25% travel. This role provides a clear path to Associate Director and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, biomedical engineering, business, or healthcare policy preferred.
• 5-7 years of transferrable consulting or relevant work experience.
• 1-2 years of direct experience in client management and content delivery roles.
• Experience developing, designing, and executing qualitative and quantitative market research.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Designing and leading project teams to execute pharmaceutical market access and pricing projects.
• Strong market research skills applied to pricing strategy work.
• Designing and leading primary interviews with payers and KOLs.
• Building Excel-based financial models to evaluate price-access scenarios and inform pricing recommendations.
• Presenting actionable insights to executive level audiences and mentoring junior staff.
