Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Life Sciences strategy professional to lead pricing, value and access initiatives for pharma, biotech and medical device clients. You will partner with senior staff to design projects, shape proposals, and guide teams across multiple global engagements.

The role requires deep industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering actionable insights. Travel up to 25% is expected as client work spans US and international markets.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree with science/biomedical focus or healthcare policy.
• 5-7 years of transferrable consulting or related experience in value, access, pricing and commercialization strategy.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug development and launch.
• Ability to analyze complex information and develop effective strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• 2-3 years of direct client management and content delivery experience.
• Experience leading teams and developing people.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel ~25%.
