Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 6+ years in market access, pricing, health economics, or forecasting.
• Experience in client management and delivering content to senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and review of project deliverables to frame strategic issues and ensure quality.
• Facilitate client presentations and manage client relationships.
• Support business development and project sales cycles.
• Manage and develop staff, including performance management of direct reports.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and staffing.
• Create market access and pricing strategies for technologies across product development stages.
