Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Life Sciences Value & Access consultant in the United States to develop pricing and access strategies for pharmaceutical assets, engage with payers, and lead project teams. You will contribute to market access, reimbursement, and pricing work for biotech, pharma, and diagnostics clients.

The role requires 4+ years in consulting or related fields, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate insights to executive audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, biomedical engineering, business, or healthcare policy preferred.
• 4+ years of consulting or related business experience in market access, reimbursement, pricing, health economics, forecasting, and/or pipeline strategy.
• 1–2 years of direct experience in client management and content delivery roles.
• Demonstrates excellent project management skills, initiative and resourcefulness, leadership, and ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug development and launch.
• Experience developing, designing, and executing qualitative and quantitative market research.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement pricing and access strategies for pharmaceutical assets.
• Develop proposals with senior staff and manage consulting teams.
• Maintain client relationships and oversee multiple projects.
• Design and manage project teams for market access and pricing projects.
• Conduct market analysis and analytics.
• Lead primary interviews with payers and KOLs.
• Apply health economic methodologies and value pricing constructs.
