Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior-level consultant to lead market access and pricing strategy for life sciences clients. You will design and manage projects, perform market research, and deliver pricing recommendations to pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies.

You will interact with senior staff to develop proposals, manage teams, and maintain client relationships, with opportunities to advance to Associate Director as you hone project management and business development skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, biomedical engineering, business, or healthcare policy preferred.
• 5-7 years of transferrable consulting or relevant work experience.
• 1-2 years of direct experience in client management and content delivery roles.
• Experience developing, designing, and executing qualitative and quantitative market research.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage project teams to execute various pharmaceutical market access and pricing strategy projects, both qualitative and quantitative.
• Strong market research skills required.
• Lead primary interviews with payers and KOLs and develop client deliverables.
• Build Excel-based financial models to evaluate price-access scenarios and inform pricing recommendations.
• Present actionable insights to executive audiences and train junior staff.
